Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any services offered by Core Strength + Espresso. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “client,” or “member”) and Core Strength + Espresso (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). By purchasing a class, booking a session, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have parental/guardian consent if you are 16 or 17. All participants must complete our waiver and any required intake forms prior to attending any class or using any equipment.

2. Assumption of Risk

Participation in high intensity fitness classes involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any of our services. Core Strength + Espresso is not a medical organization and cannot give medical advice or diagnosis. You agree not to participate if you have any health condition that may be aggravated by exercise.

4. Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

a. Booking

All sessions must be reserved in advance through our online system. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

b. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class to avoid forfeiting the session. Late cancellations will result in the class being deducted from your package or charged a no-show fee (if applicable).

c. No-Show

Failure to attend a booked class without cancellation will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows may be subject to a fee and/or result in loss of booking privileges for repeated offenses.

5. Class Packages and Expiry

Class packages, memberships, or promotions are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the person to whom they are issued. All class packs have an expiration date, which will be communicated on our website at the time of purchase. Extensions may be granted in cases of medical leave or travel at the discretion of the Company.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for classes, packages, or memberships except in cases of medical emergency or extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Studio Etiquette

• Arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.
• Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes past the scheduled start time) will not be permitted into class.
• For safety and hygiene, grip socks are mandatory in all classes.
• Phones and personal items must be stored away during class.
• Respect your instructor and fellow members—disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class or suspension of studio privileges.

8. Personal Belongings

Core Strength + Espresso is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please leave valuables at home or secure them in designated areas at your own risk.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for behavior that we deem inappropriate, unsafe, or detrimental to the studio environment.

10. Modifications to Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or any aspect of our services at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined therein.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Strength + Espresso shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our services or use of our facilities.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of within which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved within the province of operation.
