General
What is high intensity Pilates?
It is a full-body workout completed on the Core Performer our proprietary machine. Our classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance. This workout targets those hidden muscles you never knew you had, focusing on endurance muscle fibers and smaller stabilizing muscles.
Who can do this?
It is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes. Each class includes modifications to help you progress at your own pace, and our instructors are here to support you every step of the way. Stay patient, stay focused, and get ready to fall in love with the method. If you have chronic back pain, joint issues, or a serious medical condition, we recommend consulting a medical professional and booking a private session before starting.
When can I sign up for a class?
All classes are available to book online up to 7 days in advance. We recommend pre-registering to secure your spot in your preferred class or time slot. At the time of booking, you are able to reserve the machine of your choice.
Are there different levels of classes?
Our classes are for ALL Levels, our instructors are trained to offer modifications (to make it easier) and variations (to make it harder) for each exercise during our classes to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels.
Are there class schedule changes?
Periodically, due to unplanned events, instructors and classes could change on short notice. Our goal is always to push a notification to you in advance as we become aware of changes that impact the set schedule. Our website will always have the most up to date information available.
Why is there a grip sock policy?
Your safety is our top priority. Grip socks are required at all times on the equipment to provide stability and support. A light, movable support pole is also used during class to help with balance. Grip socks are available for purchase in the studio.
How often should I come to class?
We recommend 2-3 classes a week to see maximum benefit. We love seeing you, but we also believe in rest and recovery! If in doubt, listen to your body! On a recovery day, join us for a drink in the espresso bar simply to take in the studio vibe.
It’s my First Time!
Do I need to create an account?
Yes. To buy class credits and sign up for sessions, clients are required to set up an account. To create an account, go to My Account on the website and follow instructions to complete your account setup.
What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable fitness clothing and don’t forget to bring your grip socks if you have them (if not we have grip socks for sale in the studio). Consider bringing a water bottle and a small towel with you. A water bottle filling station is available in the studio. We kindly ask that you take off hand jewelry, as rings can damage the equipment coating.
How early should I arrive for class?
First-time clients must arrive at least 15 minutes early for a mandatory orientation to ensure safe use of the equipment. Late arrivals will have their class re-credited and may rebook for a later time—your safety is our top priority.
Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes early to get settled and attend the trainer demo. If you are late, your machine may be given to a walk-in, and your class will be re-credited in that case only.
Am I able to purchase both intro offers, or do I need to choose just one?
The First-Class Pass and 2 Week Intro Pass are available to everyone and can only be purchased once.

If a spot doesn’t open up, your credit will stay in your account for future use. The maximum number of clients on the waitlist at any time is 4.
We have a 6-hour cancellation policy. If a spot becomes available 6 or more hours in advance of the scheduled class, you will receive a notification that you have been added to the class (please be sure to check your Junk or SPAM folder). You will have 1 hour after receiving the notification to confirm your spot. We kindly ask, if you confirm your spot, that you remove yourself from other waitlists in consideration of letting other people move up on the waitlist.
We recommend checking our schedule regularly, as spots often open up on short notice. In this case, you can register for the class as you normally would.
