We recognize that mental and emotional well-being are fundamental to the health and vitality of our communities. In Canada, a third of adults have reported experiencing depression, anxiety, or other mental health conditions (https://www.cihi.ca/en, 2024). Globally, it’s estimated that half of the population will develop at least one mental disorder by age 75 (www.axios.com, 2023). These statistics underscore the urgent need for accessible mental and emotional health support, particularly within the communities where we live and work.

We are committed to strengthening the fabric of our communities by providing resources and support to those facing mental and emotional health challenges. By fostering connections and reducing stigma, we aim to create environments where individuals feel empowered to seek help and find healing. Our initiatives focus on local engagement, ensuring that support is not only available but also tailored to the unique needs of each community.
